These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the bothsides.au website and the content, services, and communities offered through it (together, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

The Services are operated by Bothsides (“Bothsides”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), based in Australia. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
2. Using the Services
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the Services.
- You agree to provide accurate information when you sign up to our newsletter, register interest, or contact us.
- You agree not to misuse the Services, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting the site, scraping content, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Content published through the Services — including podcast episodes, articles, and information about our buyers agency, property management, and events — is provided for general information and entertainment only. Any engagement of our buyers agency or property management services is governed by a separate written agreement.

The Services may link to or embed third-party platforms (such as Spotify, YouTube, and Apple Podcasts). We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of those third parties, and your use of them is at your own risk.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bothsides excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
