The Blueprint
Turn any episodeinto a plan for thenext thirty days
Use AI and any episode's transcript to create a custom plan.
Why I made this
Paste a transcript into AI and get your moves.

I started this podcast to ask people at the top of their field what I actually needed to know. The hard part was always the last bit. You listen for two hours, then your week carries on the same.
This year I started handing the transcript to my AI instead. My output is about ten times what it was. This website was built that way.
So that is what I want to hand you, alongside the conversations themselves. It tells you all the golden nuggets and it turns the key ones into something you can act on. It works on anyone’s podcast, not only mine.
The steps
Four clicks, start to finish
Free, nothing to buy, and it works on any podcast rather than only this one.
- 01Open any episode on YouTube and click the transcript panel under the video.
- 02Select it, copy it.
- 03Paste it into ChatGPT or Claude, along with the prompt.
- 04Read what comes back. Act on it if you want to.
Here is a transcript of an interview from the Bothsides podcast.
Want the rest of it?
Tell me where to send it and the full prompt appears here, yours to keep and to use on anyone’s podcast.
Free. Then new episodes and my takeaways as each one lands.
And when you sign up
A second prompt, that goes furtherFive things to do in the next thirty days, in order, with the first small enough to start today. It arrives the minute you sign up, at the bottom of this page.
Why it works
Find the bit you liked without watching it again
You listened to an episode and something in it landed. It was somewhere in the middle of two hours, and you are not going to sit through the whole thing again to find it.
Hand the transcript to your AI and it picks out the three or four things that apply to you specifically, with the timestamp for each. Go back and watch those ninety seconds properly, then have it turn what you took from them into a plan.
That is the whole loop. Listen, find what was yours, go back to it, act on it. A summary tells you what was said. Watching someone explain how they actually did it is a different thing, and it is why the conversations run two hours in the first place.
Free. The prompt straight away, then my takeaways as each episode lands.
Go and use it on one
Start with the latest one
Listen to it properly, then run the transcript through and see what it hands back about your situation.
